National Color is a boutique design firm servicing commercial real estate companies around the country. The vast majority of the work I did during my time there was laying out offering memorandums–legal documents that state the objectives, risks, and terms of an investment. These documents typically include sections that cover investment highlights, property descriptions, financial analysis, tenant profiles, comparable properties, and local market insights.

I worked directly with one of National Color’s largest clients, CBRE Dallas/Forth Worth, to build dozens of offering memorandums for premier investment properties ranging from prestigious Class A office towers to global corporate headquarters. Tasks included creating building logos, curating and editing professional photography, labeling aerials, pre-press production, creating floor plans, and building charts, graphs, and infographics.

My experience and success with this major client lead to me being named senior designer after only a year and a half at the company.
